THE KWONG HING GROUP was incorporated in Malaya in 1958, just a year after the independence of the young nation, thus becoming one of the earliest homegrown companies.
Kwong Hing started its humble beginnings as a textile trading company from a two room office where it expanded its operations and became one of the market leaders in textile business in the South East Asia throughout the 1970s. In the 1980s, Kwong Hing ventured into property investment and development and became a major player in the industry.
Since then, Kwong Hing extended their business beyond Malaysia by making a strong impression in China’s extremely competitive property market through numerous development projects.
The KWONG HING GROUP has contributed in some measure to Malaysia’s aspiration to become a fully industrialized nation by 2020. In 2008, the Group celebrated 50 years of its glorious legacy of growth with the nation. Looking back, we can take pride that we have left our mark in Malaysian history.
